Kathryn Shannon

Kathryn Shannon is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales operations and business analysis, currently serving as Sales Operations Manager and previously as Senior Business Analyst at Semtech since February 2012. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various positions at IBM Canada Ltd. from 1999 to July 2011, including Senior Analyst for Business Partners, Advisory Sales Operation Specialist, and Sales Operations Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed reporting, analytics, pipeline management, and sales forecasting tool development. Kathryn earned an Honours degree in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University between 1993 and 1998 and holds certifications as a Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer.
