Nicholas Martinez

Nicholas Martinez has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and quality management field. Nicholas is currently working as the Director of Manufacturing Quality at Semtech, where they oversee quality aspects to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing of products. Nicholas is responsible for managing the Quality Management System (QMS) for two assembly sites, conducting internal audits, managing the Product Characterization Lab, SMT Line, and Document Control Team. Nicholas also represents the Quality function during audits. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions as a Senior Quality Manager and Quality Manager at Semtech. Before joining Semtech, they worked at Microchip Technology Inc. as the Corporate Quality Manager and Principle Product Engineer. Nicholas also has previous manufacturing experience at Motorola.

Nicholas Martinez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University between 2000 and 2004. Nicholas later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix, completing it between 2013 and 2016.
