Norris Powell

Norris Powell has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Norris is currently serving as the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Semtech since September 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Syniverse from January 2017 until September 2020.

Before their time at Syniverse, Powell served as the Vice President of Human Resources at CSM Bakery Solutions from January 2015 to January 2017. Norris also had prominent roles at B/E Aerospace, where they were the Corporate Vice President - Human Resources from May 2011 to December 2014 and the VP Human Resources - Commercial Aircraft Segment from June 2008 to June 2011.

Additionally, Powell held the position of Director - Corporate Human Resources at Acergy (now SubSea7) from July 2007 to June 2008. Norris'scareer began at Alstom, where they worked in various HR roles, including Vice President - Human Resources from January 2004 to June 2007, Director of Human Resources from January 2000 to January 2004, and Manager Human Resources from May 1993 to December 1999.
