Peter Kassaris

Peter Kassaris has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in procurement and facilities management. Their most recent position is as the Vice President of Global Procurement & Facilities at Semtech, a role they assumed in 2015. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Global Procurement at Sierra Wireless, where they also held the position of Senior Director of Global Procurement. In addition, they have previous experience at BC Hydro as a Category Portfolio Manager in Procurement - Supply Chain and at Best Buy Canada in multiple roles including Director of Procurement, Senior Human Resources Manager, Senior Manager of Finance, Manager of Management Reporting, and Manager of Financial Analysis and Reporting. Prior to their time at Best Buy Canada, they worked at Future Shop as an Accounts Payable Manager/Credit Manager. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship management, and team leadership.

Peter Kassaris attended The University of British Columbia from 1986 to 1990, where they majored in Political Science. Peter also obtained a Leadership and Negotiations Certificate from Harvard Law School Executive Education in 2013.
