Sameh Elnaggar is an experienced electrical engineer and advisor with a rich background in modeling and characterizing high-speed circuits, as well as advanced research in metamaterials and nonlinear systems. Currently serving as an advisor at Jeham and an electrical engineer at Semtech, Elnaggar has held various academic and industry positions, including visiting researcher at the Royal Military College of Canada and research engineer at the University of New South Wales.
