Sanjay H. has over 25 years of work experience in engineering and technology leadership roles. Sanjay is currently employed as a Senior Director of Engineering at Semtech, where they focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for a smarter and more sustainable planet. Prior to Semtech, they worked at Druva as a Senior Director of Engineering.

Before joining Druva, Sanjay held multiple roles at Parallel Wireless, including GM for India, Vice President of Research and Development, and Director of Research and Development. At Parallel Wireless, they played a major role in reimagining the radio access network (RAN) by developing LTE solutions that are as easy to deploy and maintain as Wi-Fi. Sanjay'swork revolved around building LTE access networks, supporting new services, reducing costs, and optimizing RAN/EPC.

Sanjay also has extensive experience working at Cisco Systems as a Senior Manager of Software Development, Infineon Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, Marconi Communications/FORE Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, Infosys Technologies Limited as a Senior Systems Analyst, and Larsen & Toubro Limited as an R&D Engineer.

Sanjay H. earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in 1996. Sanjay then pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University from 2000 to 2001. Later, in 2001 to 2002, they obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Pittsburgh/Stratford University. In addition to their formal education, Sanjay H. has obtained various certifications in Google Cloud Skills Boost, including Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure, Infrastructure and Application Modernization with Google Cloud, Innovating with Data and Google Cloud, Introduction to Digital Transformation with Google Cloud, and Understanding Google Cloud Security and Operations, all in the year 2022.
