Sudhiranjan Das

Sudhiranjan Das has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sudhiranjan worked as the Head of Human Resources at Semtech India from 2015 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Learning and Organization Development at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited in 2014. From 2011 to 2014, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Oracle. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Kalinga Software Pvt Ltd for three years, where they focused on organization development and change management. Sudhiranjan also worked as the Campus Program Manager at IBM from 2006 to 2008, where they designed and drove the recruitment program for premier management and engineering campuses in India. Sudhiranjan started their career as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Dabur India Limited in 2005, gaining exposure to various functions within the FMCG business.

Sudhiranjan Das earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Sociology from BJB College from 2000 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2003 to 2005.
