Terrence Bocage, ITIL 4 certified, has extensive experience in network support and technical roles. Currently serving as a Network Support Engineer at Semtech since February 2017, responsibilities include network configuration, security management, account management using Salesforce, gateway deployment, and 3GPP analysis/troubleshooting.
