I created SEN Home Ed because I was lost — a parent with a child who didn’t fit the system, trying to home educate without resources, support, or rest.

What started as a desperate search for calm and clarity at my kitchen table has now grown into something that supports educators, professionals, and SEND families across the UK who are trying to do the same: help children learn in a way that feels safe, regulated, and right for them.

💡 SEN Home Ed exists to make that easier.

We offer practical, inclusive, and genuinely supportive tools that honour neurodivergent learners — and the people who care for and teach them.

💻 What We Provide:
✍️ Self-study online lessons in cookery, gardening, maths, English, science, history, computing, and animal care

📚 Free book hire to reduce cost barriers for home educators

🎥 Webinars with trusted professionals in SEND, mental health, and education

📦 Interactive tools and printable resources that reduce overwhelm and create structure

📘 Support workbooks for learners with dyslexia, ADHD, PDA, and other learning needs

💛 Resources for SEND student mental health and parent/carer wellbeing

🎁 Curated freebies and funding opportunities for disabled children and their families

🧭 Why This Matters:
Teachers are under pressure to personalise learning with little time or funding.
Parents are overwhelmed trying to replace a system that wasn’t built for their child in the first place.
Professionals are seeking flexible resources that are accessible, inclusive, and emotionally safe.

SEN Home Ed bridges that gap.

We help you build a calmer, connected learning experience — whether you’re a teacher supporting a child at home, a parent finding your way, or a professional looking for better tools.

🤝 Let’s Connect If You Are:
An educator or SENCO trying to support students outside of school

A professional working with neurodivergent learners and families

A SEND parent or carer looking for tools that works.
