Morgane Roux has over 20 years of experience in the MICE sector and event organization. Previously, they served as a project manager at Connect Factory and later at Ormès, managing international seminars and luxury travel projects. After transitioning to a personal assistant role at JCDecaux, Morgane currently holds the position of ADG at the Sénat, which they started in September 2025. Morgane completed a DEUG at the Faculté des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion in Nantes and earned a Magistère in Business Tourism from ESTHUA in Angers.
