Sinclair Besombes

Sinclair Besombes is currently the Administrateur principal du Sénat, responsible for the division of institutional communication and multimedia. They previously served as a Maître de conférences en finances publiques at Sciences Po from 2019 to 2022 and held various roles within the French government, including as a conseiller charged with taxation and parliamentary relations at the Cabinet du Ministre de l'Action et des Comptes publics in 2019. Sinclair holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris and an MSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science, where they graduated "With Distinction." Their extensive experience includes serving at the Sénat as an administrator at the finance committee from 2013 to 2018.
