Niraj Dave is a seasoned professional in the insuretech sector, currently serving as the Head of Delivery for North America at Send. With extensive experience in program management and global delivery, they have led diverse client engagements across multiple regions including North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Previously, Niraj held leadership roles at Chenoa Information Services and CareCentrix, where they excelled in client management and project execution, leveraging emerging technologies such as IoT and machine learning. Niraj began their career as a Software Test Engineer at Rishabh Software Pvt. Ltd. and has consistently focused on quality assurance and delivery operations throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
