David Smith brings 10 plus years of experience to impacting customer success. Having helped clients overcome a variety of challenges by ensuring they have access to the products and knowledge necessary to keep their business moving. David spent time as an Account Representative and in Logistics in the oil and gas industry and is dedicated to the mindset that through coordination, and the occasional out-of-the-box thinking, no obstacle is too complex.

In direct relation to his accomplishments with client outcomes, David also brings to the table an expansive background in new hire training and staff development. This experience has created an onboarding style that is both robust and easy to follow. His goal is to bring clients up to speed quickly and foster an environment for quick adoption of SendaRide’ s services.
