Jason Thomas has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Jason started as a Desksite Support Technician at GE Capital in 1996, then moved to Programmer Application Services at Georgia-Pacific LLC in 1997. In 1999, they became a Senior Graphic Designer at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they provided software graphics and animation for diverse projects and evaluated, implemented, and operated live broadcast graphics platforms. In 2012, they became the Owner of Red Rocket Farm, a consumer goods, design-focused company with over 120 production art products. During this time, they oversaw core strategies, product roadmap, operations, marketing, and personnel, as well as provided customer support for over 2700 customer and wholesale accounts. In 2017, they moved to Sires Eyewear as an Information Technology Support Specialist and Information Technology Technical Support, where they performed admin tasks and remote support for a team of 9 employees, and setup and managed Office 365, email, and MS Teams for 15 users. Most recently, they have been working as a Platform Support Agent at SendCutSend.com since 2021.

Jason Thomas has 80 credits towards a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University. Jason also holds a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA, obtained in August 2021.
