Robert Harris

Robert Harris, CSM, is a current Manager at Sendero and an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management. Previously, they worked as an Associate at Sendero, where they contributed to management consulting efforts aimed at improving organizational performance. Robert served as a High School Mathematics Teacher at MHS, successfully implementing engaging lesson plans that significantly boosted student performance. They also held a supervisory role at Rice University ROPE, streamlining administrative processes and increasing sales through effective ad campaigns. Additionally, Robert has experience in HVAC operations, where they executed diagnostics and developed a customer satisfaction program leading to increased retention and positive feedback.
