Joel Selling has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joel began their career as an intern in retail sales at Kjell & Company, where they organized inventory and assisted customers. Joel then interned in sports marketing and events at Red Bull Sweden, supporting projects such as the Red Bull Foiling Generation and Red Bull Flugtag. As a management consultant at HandelsConsulting, they provided a range of services to businesses and the public sector.

Selling also worked at Bandling & Partners as a finance intern and at Red Bull as an event car specialist, managing the "Red Bull Ten" car and activating the brand at sports events. Joel increased the Instagram following for @redbullten by over 200% in three months.

At GHSM Consulting, a company they co-founded while studying, Selling managed sales, project management, and daily operations. Joel focused on offering innovative and cost-effective consulting services.

In their roles at Sendify, Selling has taken on various responsibilities. As a business development intern, they conducted market analysis and prepared for the company's expansion. Joel then became the first employee of Sendify GmbH, handling operational functions and customer acquisition in the German market. Next, they served as the international expansion manager, scaling the customer success team in Berlin from 0 to 10 employees. Currently, Selling is the interim Head of Customer Success Sweden at Sendify, overseeing 14 individuals in four different departments.

Joel Selling completed their Gymnasieexamen in the Natural Science Programme at Åre Gymnasieskola from 2013 to 2017. Joel then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Industrial and Financial Management, at the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 2017 to 2020. In 2019 to 2020, they also studied Language Studies, specifically Mandarin, for their Bachelor's degree at Fudan University. In 2021 to 2022, Joel underwent Leadership training in a program called Global Leadership, although the specific field of study for this program is not provided.
