Rita Coutinho is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Sendify since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rita worked at Palats as a Senior Product Designer and contributed significantly to Bokio in various capacities, including Head of Design and Lead User Experience Designer, where Rita focused on enhancing the Sales Team's user experience. Rita has extensive experience in user experience design, demonstrated through a previous role as a Senior User Experience Design Specialist at MeDirect Malta, where Rita co-led a major website redesign based on customer feedback and research. Additionally, Rita held leadership positions at Jackpotjoy Group, managing user experience design initiatives, and began an artistic career as an Art Director at Infinit Label. Rita's educational background includes design and technology studies at the Instituto Politécnico de Tomar and the Universidade do Porto, complemented by training from The Interaction Design Foundation and Nielsen Norman Group.
