Elson Chigerwe

Elson Chigerwe has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Elson began their career as a Networking Engineer at KHLim in 2009, before taking on the role of System Administrator at anaXis. In 2006, they worked as a Networking Engineer at the British Council. In 2014, Elson became a Business Development Manager at Datacomm, where they were responsible for managing new and existing accounts, providing clients with a service that continually delivers significant value, conducting agent forums, Zesa electricity vending, bulk disbursement management, managing complex and large tenders and bid teams, setting targets and goals for sales and management teams, raising the company’s profile within the market place, acquiring and implementation of the debit card, and bank to wallet integration. In 2015, they took on a similar role at Getcash. In 2016, Elson became a Business Development Manager at Speedpay. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of Enterprise Sales at Zoona. In 2019, Elson became a Business Development Manager at Self-employed. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as Country Manager at Senditoo.

Elson Chigerwe has a varied educational background. Elson earned their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Wuhan University of Technology between 2008 and 2011. Elson also earned a CCNA from the University of Zimbabwe in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Belgium Campus between 2003 and 2006. Elson also holds Bachelor's degrees in I.T. and Information Technology from Belgium Campus, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology from two different high schools.
