RC Johnson is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in leading engineering teams and developing innovative products. Currently serving as Interim CTO at Sendlane since January 2025, RC assists the CEO in leadership transitions and infrastructure rebuilding for scalability. As the Founder and CTO of SimpleAndDone LLC since October 2023, RC provides fractional and full-time consulting in engineering, product, and user experience. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Thurgood Industries and HeatCheck Group, where RC defined products and built initial offerings, and Senior Director of Engineering at Indeed Incubator, overseeing a large engineering team and driving significant organizational changes.
