Customer Happiness Champion at Sendle

Daric Malicse has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Research Assistant at the Eugenio Lopez Museum and Library. In 2013, they joined AIESEC in the Philippines as a Sub Product Director, responsible for sub product development and market expansion. Daric then worked at Greenfields Development Corporation as a Handover Specialist and at Century Properties as a Client Relations Specialist. In 2017, they joined honestbee as a Customer Service Executive and later became a Senior Customer Service Executive. In 2019, they joined Bukito as a Customer Experience Lead. Currently, they are working at Sendle as a Customer Happiness Champion, a role they started in 2020.

From 2009 to 2013, Daric Malicse attended the University of Asia and the Pacific, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a focus on General Studies and Humanities.
