Leo de Pedro has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Teacher at Emprise Learning Solutions, Inc., where they taught English to foreign students and helped develop curricula. In 2016, they joined Tao Philippines as a Boat Crew/Office Staff, promoting sustainable eco-tourism and community development. Leo then moved on to work as a Paralegal at New Oriental Club88 Corporation, where they had various responsibilities including drafting memos and policies, conducting investigations, and coordinating safety and security matters. Currently, Leo is working at Sendle as a Customer Happiness Champion.

Leo de Pedro attended San Beda College from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Legal Management. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws - LLB at San Beda University from 2012 to 2013.
