Zaxara Ali

Zaxara Ali has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Crew Member at the Student Conservation Association/Workforce Investment Board in 2012. Subsequently, they worked as a Teen Facilitator at PEARLS for Teen Girls, Inc. from 2013 to 2014 and as a Home Work Club Coordinator at Our Next Generation, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Zaxara became a Front Desk Receptionist at the Raider Center of Academic Success.

Moving into the corporate sector, Zaxara joined Johnson Controls in 2016 as an Intern technician II. They were involved in supporting product development efforts and constructing electronic prototypes. They also served as an Intern Undergrad Technician/CA, Gateways Plus at Johnson Controls during the same period.

In 2019, Zaxara worked as an Intern Quality Technician at Eaton for six months. They gained experience in quality control processes during their time there. Zaxara then joined MillerCoors in 2020 as a Process Lead Intern/ Distribution Supervisor, where they honed their skills in process optimization and supervision. They completed their role at MillerCoors in April 2021.

Currently, Zaxara is employed at Sendle as a Process Engineer. Their responsibilities include assessing and optimizing business processes, executing projects to address critical issues, and implementing process controls and improvements for network and support performance.

Zaxara Ali attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2015 to 2021. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a focus in Industrial Engineering.
