Thien Tran

Thien Tran is a seasoned professional in user experience research, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Sendo.vn since January 2019, where responsibilities include setting up the user research team and conducting various research methodologies such as usability testing and online ethnography. Prior experience includes a role as Senior User Researcher at Coccoc browser, focusing on usability testing and online behavior research, and a Market Researcher position at TMG - Thien Minh Group, where market and customer experience research were pivotal. Thien's career began with a Research Executive role at Economica Vietnam, complemented by earlier positions as a Research Student at Teijin Aramid and as an Intern at TNS Research International. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in International Business from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Investment from National Economics University (NEU) Vietnam.
