Dawn Nott

Dawn Nott is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Partner in People Practices at Andreessen Horowitz since September 2022. In addition, Nott advises YOL and Sendoso while founding BlueHiveHR in March 2018, providing HR services to tech start-ups in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previous roles include Vice President of People at Wish, where Nott led HR teams through the company's IPO, and Director of Human Resources at Zenefits, where Nott scaled the HR organization during rapid growth. Nott has also held HR leadership positions at Xamarin, Microsoft, and Yammer. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley, and studies at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
