Eric Lear

Eric Lear has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eric is currently working at Sendoso as a Team Lead, Supply Planning since February 2022, after previously holding the position of Supply Planning Analyst from August 2021 to February 2022. Prior to their role at Sendoso, Eric was with Heartland Food Products Group, where they worked as a Supply Chain Analyst from October 2019 to August 2021, and as a Production Planner from September 2018 to October 2019. Eric also held the position of Supply Planning Manager at Voxx Accessories Corporation from July 2015 to September 2018. Before entering the corporate world, Eric gained experience as a Load Planner Intern at Celadon Group Inc. in 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Server/Bartender at The Thirty-Six Saloon from May 2013 to September 2014, and as a Sales Associate at Raccoon Lake Boat Rental in May 2012 to August 2012.

Eric Lear has a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Ball State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Rockville High School from 2007 to 2011, where they received their high school diploma. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma White Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute, certifications in Project Management Simplified, Six Sigma Foundations, and Supply Chain Foundations from LinkedIn, all of which they acquired in August 2018.
