Eric Steidinger

Eric Steidinger has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. In 2000, they began their career as a Computer Specialist at Decision Research Corporation. A year later, they moved on to become an IT Assistant at Amica Mutual Insurance. In 2002, they became Co-Owner of New England SHO Specialists, a small auto maintenance and upgrade shop. In 2004, they worked as an Inventory Management and Email Deployment Specialist at Redcats USA. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at New England Office Supply as a Sales Support Representative. In 2007, they began working at Constant Contact as a Customer Support Representative, Product Specialist, and Tier 2 Senior Customer Support Representative. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Lattice Engines as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, Platform Operations Engineer, and Customer Support Analyst. Lastly, they are currently working as the Director of Technical Support at SendSafely since 2020.

Eric Steidinger received a BS in Electronics, CIS, and Networking from the New England Institute of Technology in 2002. Eric also holds a Bachelor's Degree in CIS/Networking and an Associate's Degree in Electronics from the same institution.
