John Jordan

John Jordan has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Community Pharmacist (Locum) in 2015. In 2012, they began working for NHS Tayside as a Hospital Pharmacist (Rotational) and Pre-registration Pharmacist. In 2016, they worked for Organised Health Technologies as Digital Designer/COO. From 2018 to 2019, they were Self-employed as a Web Developer and worked for BetterHelp.com as a Visual Designer & Software Engineer. In 2019, they also worked for asensei as a JSON Programmer. Currently, they are working for SendSafely as a Customer Solutions Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for premium consulting, creating customer-facing help center articles, and building developer-focused documentation of various APIs/SDKs.

John Jordan has a diverse educational background. John received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from the University of Galway in 2007, followed by a Master of Pharmacy from Robert Gordon University in 2012. In 2015, they completed a Front-End Web Developer course from Udacity. In 2016, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Digital Technology, Design and Innovation from Technological University Dublin. In 2020, they completed an Intermediate JavaScript course from Udacity.
