Esther Githae has extensive experience in the fields of risk and fraud management, customer experience, and customer service. Currently serving as a Risk and Fraud Management Agent at Sendwave since August 2021, Esther also contributes to customer experience at Twiga Foods. Prior to this, a role at Zepz as a Customer Service Representative from August 2021 to May 2023 supported prominent global payment brands, WorldRemit and Sendwave.
