Natasha Francis

Natasha Francis has extensive experience in compliance and financial crime prevention, currently serving as the MLRO/Compliance Officer/Executive Director at Sendwave since December 2019, leading the UK subsidiary of the US-based company, which was acquired by WorldRemit in February 2021. Prior to this role, Natasha worked as the MLRO/Compliance Officer at QIB (UK) from April 2017 to December 2019, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Additionally, positions at HSBC, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Investec provided Natasha with a robust foundation in financial crime compliance, transaction monitoring, and client onboarding processes. Natasha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from the University of East London.
