Alison Mann

Alison Mann is a seasoned talent manager and leader in the animation and entertainment industry, currently serving as President of Fourth Wall Animation Production Co and Talent Manager at Fourth Wall Management since August 2021. Mann also holds board member positions at Seneca College and Titmouse, while contributing as a Supervising Producer/Consultant and VP of Creative Strategy at Sony Pictures Animation since May 2019. As a co-founder of the BRIC Foundation, Mann focuses on enhancing access for women and underrepresented groups in creative leadership roles. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and creative recruitment at prominent organizations such as Illumination Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, Disney Interactive, and Zynga, Mann’s background emphasizes strategic development and collaboration across various projects in the animation sector. Mann earned a BA in Business Media Management from Columbia College Chicago.
