Ash Patel

Ash Patel has extensive experience in human resources and education, serving as a Faculty Member at Seneca since September 1999 and as a Principal Consultant at CenterPoint Foresight 20/20 Metrics & Analytics since February 1990. With a focus on HR analytics, metrics systems design, and data visualization, Ash has also played a significant role in the HR Network Society, promoting human capital management among HR professionals. Ash's previous experience includes consulting for GMIC in education systems for the golf industry and training for HR information systems at HR Technologies. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Labour Management Relations, a Master of Education, and multiple graduate certificates from the University of Toronto, as well as a Certificate in Design Curriculum Using Instructional Technology from Seneca Polytechnic. Currently, Ash is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the Swiss School of Business and Management, with expected completion in November 2024.
