Jess Davidson is a seasoned communications and organizational consultant, currently serving as the Principal and Co-Founder of S&B Consulting since January 2023, where research, design thinking, and coaching are utilized to craft strategic plans. Concurrently, Jess holds a professorship at Seneca College, teaching post-graduate courses in communications and marketing. Previous leadership roles include Executive Director of The Diaper Bank of Toronto, Director of Communications for various Ontario government ministries, and Senior Manager of Strategic Communications at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Jess also has extensive experience in the consulting industry, having worked as Director of Social & Cultural Insights at Environics Communications and as a Writer for diverse media outlets. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree from Western University and a Master's degree from the University of Toronto.
