Joe MacDonald

Joe MacDonald is a Professor and Program Coordinator of Government Relations Management at Seneca College, leveraging over 30 years of experience in politics, government, and public affairs. They have held various roles, including Senior Counsel at Sussex Strategy Group and Principal at Turner-Meadows Group, while also managing over 50 election campaigns as an independent campaign manager. In addition to their teaching positions at institutions like Ryerson University and the Labour College of Canada, Joe has contributed to public affairs through grassroots planning and strategic counsel for a range of clients. Currently, Joe is a PhD candidate in Politics at the University of Glasgow, building on a robust academic foundation that includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Waterloo.
