Ken Webb has an extensive career with Toronto Fire Services since July 1994, holding multiple roles including District Chief in the Training & Technical Operations Division and serving in various acting chief positions, as well as experience as a Fire Investigator and Firefighter. In addition to this role, Ken Webb has contributed to the education sector as an Emergency Medical Responder Instructor at Seneca College and previously as a Lead Instructor in the Fire Pre-Service Program at Humber College. From January 2015 to June 2023, Ken Webb served as Executive Officer for the Toronto Professional Firefighters' Association, also chairing the Human Relations & Equity Initiatives Committee and the EMS Committee during this time. Furthermore, Ken Webb's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University and various certifications, most recently in Workplace Investigations and Labour Relations.
