Ryan Andal is a distinguished leader in the immersive entertainment industry, serving as the President and Co-Founder of Secret Location since June 2009, where innovative digital experiences are brought to life. Under Ryan’s guidance, the company evolved from a small team in a basement to a leading new media production agency in North America, fostering a culture of creativity and technological advancement. Currently, Ryan is also a Partner at Illuminarium at The Distillery District, which is the first international location of a permanent immersive venue, and serves as a Board Member for Interactive Ontario, promoting the interactive and gaming industry in the province. Ryan’s previous experience includes strategic leadership roles at Hasbro and Entertainment One, where significant growth and expansion into various entertainment sectors were achieved. Additionally, Ryan contributes to educational institutions as an advisor for program advisory committees at both Sheridan College and Seneca College.
