Walter Lam

Walter Lam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology management and product delivery. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst in a freelance capacity since July 2024, Walter has successfully led teams for clients in the US and Canada. An advisory board member for Seneca College's Science and Technology Department since March 2020, Walter contributes to the development of the technology curriculum. Previous roles include Delivery Manager at BIMM, where oversight of delivery for multiple work streams for Audi was undertaken, and Technology Manager at Appnovation, leading development teams and managing projects such as the migration of Turnitin. Walter's career is further enriched by positions at Bounteous Canada, Cineplex Digital Networks, and Research Now, bringing expertise in eCommerce, digital solutions, and the transition from Flash to HTML5. With a BSc in Computer Science from Ryerson University and a Certified Scrum Master designation from Scrum Alliance, Walter combines technical proficiency with leadership in project management and team collaboration.
