Zelani B. is a seasoned growth leader with expertise in fintech and proptech, currently co-founding RideAlike, a vehicle-sharing marketplace focused on sustainability. Zelani managed a $1.3B technology portfolio at CIBC, where they developed strategic partnerships and reduced compliance exposure by $50M. Prior roles include serving as a Director at Condominium Community Management and a Business Development Manager at Bullion Mart, where Zelani cultivated significant corporate partnerships. Zelani holds a Master’s Degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Waterloo and is an active member of the Program Advisory Committee at Seneca College.
