Kyle Schwarz

Kyle Schwarz is currently the Director of Sales at Senegal Software. Kyle previously worked as a National Account Executive and Partner at Orion Talent from June 2014 to April 2022. In this role, they engaged, consulted, and worked with corporate executives, hiring managers, and HR professionals across multiple industries to develop a comprehensive strategy for interviewing, hiring, and retaining both former military veterans and industry experienced job seekers. Prior to their work at Orion Talent, Kyle served in the US Navy from May 2009 to May 2014 as a DESRON 22 Scheduling Officer/Asst. Operations Officer. In this role, they coordinated the operational and administrative schedules of the squadron's ships based in Norfolk and Mayport. Kyle also developed and presented briefing materials and operational products for the Commodore and their squadron staff as well as the strike group admiral and their staff while embarked on board USS George HW Bush.

Kyle Schwarz earned their Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and is certified from PADI in Open Water Diver.
