Alvaro Lorente is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as Managing Director of SENER Energy and Chief Operating Officer of the Power, Oil & Gas s.b.u. since October 2015. Prior to this role, Alvaro was the CEO of TORRESOL Energy Investments from March 2008 to September 2015. Alvaro's career at SENER began in November 1990, where various positions included Electrical Design Engineer, Project Manager, and Operations Manager until February 2008. Alvaro holds a PDG from IESE Business School (2004-2005) and a degree in Electrotecnia and Ingeniería industrial from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (1984-1991).
