Dean Clabrough

Dean Clabrough is a seasoned Digital Delivery Director with over 34 years of experience leading digital delivery teams across multiple sectors, including Water, Coastal Engineering, Transportation, Mining, and Buildings. They have worked on significant projects throughout Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, engaging both local and global teams. Previously, Dean held roles at various organizations, including Rio Tinto as a Digital Asset Lead and AECOM as Digital Engineering Lead, where they managed complex digital engineering tasks and mentored teams. They currently serve as Digital Delivery Director at SENER Australia and are also a Principal Digital Engineering Practice Lead at SMEC. Dean earned an Advanced Diploma in Civil from Southbank Institute of TAFE.
