Jose Trejo is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems safety and engineering roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Safety Engineer at SENER since August 2022, Jose previously held positions including Systems Safety Specialist and Safety Specialist at Thales, where responsibilities encompassed safety engineering activities and hazard analysis for complex projects. With a robust background in software development, project management, and systems engineering acquired through roles at OPAL-RT Technologies, Bombardier Transportation, and Continental Automotive Systems, Jose has a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, developing safety lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from ITESO, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, and a DESS in Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
