Mahesh Kumar

Mahesh Kumar is an experienced Finance Controller with over 16 years of expertise in finance controlling, liquidity management, and financial forecasting. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Sener, Mahesh oversees financial operations for the company’s Energy German business, managing major projects and ensuring alignment with strategic planning. Previously, Mahesh held key positions at HNF Nicolai, ACME Solar Energy, and Lanco, where they were responsible for fundraising, budgeting, corporate reporting, and statutory audits. Mahesh holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, along with other relevant qualifications.
