Max Simpson is the Founder and CEO of Steps, an award-winning social purpose organization established in January 2016, dedicated to improving employment outcomes for the neurodivergent community through inclusive hiring practices. In addition, Max serves on the board of SENIA International since January 2021 and previously held the position of Deputy Head Teacher at VIE - Village International Education from March 2012 to February 2016. Max holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching and a SENCO qualification from the University of Northampton, along with a Bachelor of Arts in French and Linguistics from The University of Salford.
