Jose Escobar

Jose Escobar has a strong background in healthcare operations and management, with a focus on senior care and hospice. Jose currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Polaris Support Global since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Geiss MED from 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing all operations and implementing new processes for strategic development. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at Parentis Health Senior Care from 2019 to 2022, where they led various divisions including hospice and played a key role in sales, transportation, and strategic development. Jose has also held roles as a Clinical Liaison at Companion Health Group and Gerinet Hospice, as well as a Clinical Project Manager at Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care. Jose began their career as a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse at Charter Healthcare Group in 2009.

Jose Escobar attended the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Vocational Nurse from the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians.
