Pascal Lambert is a consultant at Equilibres Art since January 2019, focusing on innovative organization and remuneration models for city nurses, inspired by the Dutch "buurtzorg" model. In addition, Pascal serves on the board and scientific council of SFGG and holds an associated member position with the Chaire Recherche en Sciences Infirmières at Paris 13. Pascal provides M-Health consulting with insights from the perspectives of elderly users, their families, and healthcare professionals. As an advanced practice gerontology nurse, Pascal conducts assessments to ensure optimal conditions for elderly patients returning home after hospitalization within the AGEP network. Experience in education includes training healthcare staff on geriatric care and evaluating nursing students' thesis works. Pascal has also contributed to national healthcare initiatives, such as improving prescription quality for the elderly, and holds advanced degrees in gerontology and gerontechnology.
