Mirian B.

Mirian B. has a diverse work experience in accounting and payroll roles. Mirian started their career as a Full Charge Bookkeeper at G & M Court Reporters, Ltd in 2004, where they maintained financial and accounting records, processed invoices, and managed payroll. Mirian then worked as a Payroll Administrator/Accountant at Travelers Rental Inc from 2004 to 2012, where they accurately managed payroll administration for over 180 employees and performed various administrative duties. Mirian then joined New England Confectionary Company in 2012 as an Accounting AR/Collections employee, responsible for accounts receivable and collections. Mirian later worked as a Staff Accountant at Collaborative Consulting from 2014 to 2016, analyzing and reporting financial information for projects. Mirian then joined WinnCompanies as a Senior Payroll Accountant from 2016 to 2018, where they processed payroll, prepared accruals, and provided payroll reports. Mirian'snext role was at Seniorlink as a Senior Payroll Specialist from 2018 to 2021, where they processed payroll, coordinated payroll changes, conducted reconciliations, and assisted with audits. Mirian is currently working at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. as a Senior Payroll Tax Accountant, starting in 2021.

Mirian B. began their education at the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from 1987 to 1992. Mirian then furthered their education at the College of Public Accountants of Lima, obtaining a CPA Certification from 1996 to 1997. In 2005, Mirian B. received a Certificate in Legal Interpreter from Cross Cultural Communication Systems. Additionally, Mirian B. has obtained several certifications including Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification), Registered Aesthetician, Licensed Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician, IPL Tech, Public Notary, and Certificates from the College of Public Accountants of Lima. Mirian B. also gained volunteer experience at Neighbors in Need, Lawrence MA in 2017.
