Ron K. Barger

Barger is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Serviam Care Network since 2021. Barger was an Advisor, Business Consultant, and Investor while self-employed from 2019 to 2020. Barger was General Counsel at Archon Group from 1997 to 2012. Barger held the role of Senior Managing Director, Head of Operations, and General Counsel at ORIX USA Corporation from 2014 to 2019, was a Partner at Strasburger & Price, LLP from 1981 to 1996, served on the board of Houlihan Lokey from 2015 to 2018, and was a Managing Director at The Goldman Sachs Group in 2012. Barger earned a BS in Applied Life Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1973–1977) and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law (1979–1981).
