Hal Shapiro

Hal Shapiro is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a diverse background in various industries. Hal most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Commercial and Industrial at Senneca Holdings since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Residential Sales at TruStile Doors from March 2018 to April 2021, where they achieved annualized sales growth of 7.3% to over $100.0M.

From 2013 to 2018, Shapiro worked at Johns Manville Industrial Insulation Group as the Global Sales Leader - Industrial Insulation. Hal joined the company in 2006 and held the roles of Regional Sales Manager - Building Insulation and Specifier Services Manager (Architectural/Consultant Channel Manager) - Roofing Systems, among others. Hal later pursued an MBA degree in Marketing from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2004 to 2007. Hal also holds several certifications, including the Construction Document Technologist (CDT) from The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) obtained in April 2011, the Registered Roof Observer (RRO) from the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI) obtained in May 2010, the 6 Sigma - Green Belt obtained in December 2004, and the Engineer in Training (EIT) from the Professional Board of Engineers obtained in May 1997.
