Tim Seele

Tim Seele is an experienced professional currently serving as the Digital Portfolio Manager for Group IT at Sennheiser since October 2011. In this role, Tim manages the digital project and service portfolio, drives the continuous development of the IT operating model, and oversees digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this position, Tim held various leadership roles at Sennheiser, including Transformation Lead, where responsibilities included building a shared service center and establishing a strong organizational culture. Tim also has a background in corporate development, organizational development, and change management, focusing on business transformation, efficiency, change management approaches, and coaching for leaders. Tim holds a degree in Systemic Organizational Development & Change Management from ISB Wiesloch and completed education at the University of Mannheim and the University of Jyväskylä.
