Violeta Balint

Violeta Balint currently serves as the Director Plant Romania at Sennheiser since March 2018, also holding the position of HR & Deputy Plant Manager. Prior to this role, Violeta accumulated significant experience in human resources, including positions as Human Resources Manager at Hutchinson from June 2011 to March 2018, and Human Resource Manager at DRÄXLMAIER Group Romania from May 2007 to June 2011. Violeta's human resources career began as a Human Resources Specialist at LVMH from September 2004 to January 2007. Violeta holds a Bachelor's degree in Filologie Romana-Franceza from Universitatea Lucian Blaga Sibiu, earned between 2000 and 2004.
